Return & exchange policy

Return window

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, clean, and resalable
• Include all accessories and original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

• Opened electrical or lighting items that cannot be restocked for safety reasons
• Custom or special-order materials
• Clearance items marked final sale

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number. We will provide an RMA number and return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
